Our Governance

BOLD Church is led by our pastoral team, guided by  trustees for financial and operational oversight, and strengthened by overseers who provide spiritual accountability. This structure ensures we lead with vision, steward resources wisely, and remain rooted in integrity.

The Lead Pastor gives vision and direction to the Pastoral Team. The Elders provide spiritual guidance for the church. The Pastoral Team lead the day-to-day, caring for people and helping them take next steps in their faith.

The Trustees are members of the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. The Trustees serve as Non-staff Elders.

The Overseers are three pastors of nationally respected congregations and ministries who love BOLD Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the Pastors or Trustees. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
